This umbrella comes directly from BMW's Sauber F1 Team. This is an officially licensed umbrella that is issued to all team members for the 2009 season. Since this is BMW's last season in F1 racing, this will prove to be a very hard to find collectors piece!
The shaft is carbon fiber and measures 36" in length. When open, it has a span of 50". There is a 5 1/2" long rubber covered handle that houses a round BMW color logo in the base. There is a wide velcro strap imprinted with "BMW Sauber F! Team" to keep the umbrella wrapped up for storage or travel. The top of the carbon shaft extends past the umbrella fabric has a small black rubber cap to protect it when storing it.
The shaft is an unpainted carbon fiber one, great for showing off to your friends at the office or golf course. The umbrella itself is a navy blue nylon like fabric imprinted with the white and red swoosh on two sides, while the contrasting other two sides are imprinted with "BMW Sauber F1 Team" and the BMW color logo.
