This is the actual carbon fiber fuel filler cover from Scuderia Ferrari's 2000 F2000 F1 Racecar. The underside shows the actual carbon fiber weave, while the outerside is finished with the car's Rosso Corsa official red paint.
It has been signed by Michael Schumacher (Driver), Jean Todt (Executive Director Scuderia Ferrari) and Luca Cordero Di Montezemolo (CEO Ferrari). It is mounted to a 18"x18" carbon wall plaque with authentic Ferrari rear trunklid lettering mounted in the middle.
The Ferrari F1-2000 was designed byRory Byrne for the 2000 Formula One Season. The car was a direct development of the F300 and F399 from the previous two seasons, using the same basic gearbox and engine. The car featured improved aerodynamics, which put it on a par with that year's McLaren car. It is the car that Michael Schumacher drove to his third World Drivers' Title and Ferrari's first drivers' title for 21 years. It also defended Ferrari's 1999 Constructors' Crown.

Received directly from Scuderia Ferrari at the end of the season, race used pieces are now very rare due to the espionage problems with Ferrari and McLaren, the team is no longer releasing these pieces to private collectors!
