| This one of a kind piece of furniture from Scuderia Ferrari's F2000 F1 racecar. This is a complete 7 speed speed gearbox.
At the end of the season, it was signed by Michael Schumacher (Driver), Jean Todt (Executive Director Scuderia Ferrari) and Luca Cordero Di Montezemolo (CEO Ferrari). It was mounted to a 18"x18" carbon wall plaque with an authentic Ferrari fender shield mounted in the middle.
From 2000 to 2004 Michael Schumacher dominated formula 1 like no other driver in the history of the sports. In 2000 Schumacher had a close battle with rival Mika Häkkinen of McLaren but won the championship in the F2000, winning 9 races out of 17 that year. He was Ferrari's first driver champion in 21 years, since Jody Scheckter in 1979.
This race piece has not yet been finished. After ordering, the lucky collector will receive the option of having a custom lamp or table completed showcasing the gearbox. Of course, the purchaser may also elect to have it mounted to a carbon tabletop stand with an ID plaque. Please inquire for specific details.
Received directly from Scuderia Ferrari, race used pieces are now very rare due to the espionage problems with Ferrari and McLaren, the team is no longer releasing these pieces to private collectors! Signed certificate of authenticity is of course included. A custom engraved plaque can be created with your text and installed before shipping.
