The models in the Scuderia Collection display the shield with the Prancing Horse which fi rst appeared on a Scuderia Ferrari car in 1932, on the occasion of the 24 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps.
This emblem was adopted by Enzo Ferrari for his cars as a tribute to Francesco Baracca,an aviation hero of the First World War.
This symbol is the leitmotiv in the Ferrari Scuderia collection which includes a wide range of models, the sophisticated style of which refl ects their sporty character.
Starting from the 45 mm and 40 mm case, with an aerodynamic design; quality developed not only in details but also in the conception of the watch itself and its parts.
The aesthetic originality of the Scuderia collection is also re- fl ected in the various elements of the dial which show clear references to the car as does the black leather strap, with contrasting stitching and the inside lined with caiman. Its horizontal shaping recalls the leather seats of the cars produced by Ferrari.

Functions: hours, minutes, small seconds, split-seconds chronograph with 3 counters, tachymeter scale.
Case: diameter 45 mm, in steel with polished finish and brushed edges, screw-down chronograph push-pieces and winding crown with the Ferrari logo and rims worked with square-grid pattern.
Bezel: in steel with brushed finish.
Back: steel, screw-in, with sapphire crystal window decorated with a metallic grid; round the edge is engraved the inscription "Engineered by OFFICINE PANERAI".
Dial: black with the Ferrari shield applied at 12 o'clock, 60-minute scale, tachymeter scale on the flange, small continuous seconds at 9 o'clock, minute counter at 3 o'clock and hour counter at 6 o'clock with applied black mask in titanium, seconds hand and part of the seconds scale and minute counter in yellow, luminous baton hour and minute hands, centre chronograph seconds hand in yellow, split-seconds hand in brushed steel.
Crystal: sapphire, 1.9 mm thick. Anti-reflective coating..
Water-resistance: 10 bar (100 metres).
Strap: black calf with contrasting stitching and horizontal shaping, inside part in yellow caiman with yellow sewing, personalised folding buckle in brushed steel with the edge of the closure in polished steel. Spare strap in rubber with the incised inscription Ferrari.
